Type one word of 2 to 15 letters and press Check. The card gives the verdict: a tick and the word’s points if Words with Friends allows it, a cross if it doesn’t. The points are the face value of the tiles, before any double or triple letter and word squares.

When the word has a page, the link under the card opens it, with its definition, anagrams and the words you can make by adding a letter. Holding a rack rather than a word? The Words with Friends cheat lists every word your letters make.
